The UltraTech® material manufacturers have their production processes and composition of the components assessed according to the bluesign® criteria to optimize sustainability.

Outer durable water replent C6 DWR coating repels water, causing it to “bead up” on the outer surface and stops it from penetrating the outermost layer. We are using only the C6 treatment that breaks down faster in the environment, has less potential toxicity over time to humans and wildlife.

SEAMS

Seams are the weakest part where moisture can get inside the product. That's why we focused on the critical ones and taped them with a special waterproof tape. Taping the critical seams, combined with the UltraTech® shell material, ensures the needed protection against moisture.
